The Banquet will be held at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield DoubleTree hotel on the evening of February 12. Our speaker will be the recently nominated chair of the Board of Trustees of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Ray LaHood. Mr. LaHood was elected to seven terms as a Republican member in the U.S. House of Representatives and then served as Secretary of Transportation in the cabinet of President Barack Obama. He also was Co-chair of the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission. He is the author of Seeking Bipartisanship: My Life in Politics.
